Design it, price it and show it to the customer before you leave the driveway.
Tools for Builders makes design software for pond, solar, roofing and pool contractors. Each tool turns a photo or a sketch into a plan, a parts list and a picture the customer can say yes to.
Four trades, one way of working
Every tool starts from the same place: the customer's own property. You measure from a photo, satellite or a quick walk around, the software works out the materials, and the customer sees the finished job on their house before they sign.
PondTools
Design a pond over a backyard photo, get the exact gallons and parts list, and generate a photoreal image of it for the client.

Most jobs are won or lost in the first conversation. The contractor who can show the homeowner what the finished job looks like, and what it costs, while they are still standing in the yard, usually gets the work.
That is what all four tools do. They take the measurements you would take anyway, size the materials from them, price every line, and produce an image of the finished job in the customer's own photo. You stop doing takeoffs at the kitchen table at night, and the customer stops waiting a week for a quote.
Websites for the businesses that use the tools

Why we are building tools for four trades
PondTools contractors kept asking for the same thing for solar, roofing and pools.
How many gallons is my pond?
Length times width times depth gets you close. Here is why close is not good enough.
The six things pond kits leave out
Foam sealant, dechlorinator, starter bacteria, netting, silicone and a fill valve.
