Good to know
Text uses Helvetica; signatures use one of five handwriting fonts and are embedded in the file, so they look the same on any computer. A white box hides what is under it on the page, but the original text is still in the PDF and can be copied out, so use a proper redaction tool for anything confidential. Encrypted PDFs cannot be opened.
