Photos to PDF
Turn job photos into one PDF you can send to a customer or attach to an invoice. Put them in order, choose one, two or four to a page, and add a caption under any photo. Small enough to email shrinks the photos so the file goes through. The photos stay on your phone or computer; nothing is uploaded.

Good to know
JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC photos all work. When you pick photos on an iPhone, the phone usually hands them over as JPG. If a HEIC file arrives as it is and your browser cannot open it, the page loads a decoder the first time (about 1.3 MB), so the first iPhone photo takes a few seconds longer.
Small enough to email sizes each photo to about 150 pixels per inch of the space it fills on the page. That looks sharp on screen and in print and keeps four photos to roughly a megabyte. Full quality keeps up to 300 pixels per inch for close inspection. Photos come in the right way up from the phone's own orientation; use the rotate button for any that are still sideways.
